The cauliflower is dissolved in smaller bunches and boiled in salted water for 5-7 minutes. Drain the water and allow to cool. Then rolls are formed, wrapping each bunch of cauliflower in bacon.

Onions and peppers are washed, cleaned and finely chopped, then hardened in oil until soft. Add the peeled and chopped tomatoes into small cubes. Salt, pepper, add thyme and simmer until the sauce decreases. At the end, add the garlic cut into thin slices. Allow the pepper sauce to cool slightly, then transfer to a heat-resistant tray. Place the cauliflower rolls on top of the sauce. Put the tray in the oven for 30-35 minutes.

The food is served hot.

And now I'm back to the recipe. As long as I didn't post, I gathered a lot. From all of them, I said to try a soup. I admit that I only ate cream soup twice, from where in Transylvania cream soup :) I expected it to be so good. I took the recipe from here with small modifications.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
1 little cauliflower (300 g)
1 small onion
2 tablespoons sour cream
25 g butter
little kaizer (about 100 g)
200 ml of milk
4 nuts
salt pepper
1 tablespoon grated flour (optional)
little parmesan (you can use cheese, cottage cheese)

Boil the dissolved cauliflower in water with a little salt. We take it out, keep a glass of liquid, throw away the rest. Fry the kaizer cut into small pieces in a pan (no oil, only in the fat it leaves) then take it out and set it aside. We make mashed cauliflower (I used the blender). Separately fry the chopped onion as small as possible in a little oil. Add the mashed cauliflower, the preserved liquid, the milk in which we dissolved the flour, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper.

Let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. We put the soup in the plate, on top the pieces of fried kaizer, ground walnuts and a little Parmesan (I put grated cheese). Serve with toast.

1 large cauliflower, spread in large bunches, about 1 kg.

8 cherry tomatoes cut in half

a handful of bread crumbs

2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese

freshly ground nutmeg

Method of preparation

To make the sauce: Melt the butter in a pan, add the flour and mix until you get a paste. Remove from the heat, add a little milk and beat well until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.

Put back on the heat and gradually add the rest of the milk. Add the bay leaf and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring.

Add the green onions to the sauce and cook for two minutes. Remove the bay leaf. Stir in the mustard, a little nutmeg and Cheddar cheese.

Prepare a tray in which to place the cauliflower. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower, place the tomatoes, bread crumbs and Parmesan on top.

Place the tray on the grill for 5 minutes and season the cauliflower with the cheese with a little pepper.

1. Put a pan of water on the fire and bring to a boil. Add the cauliflower, cover and simmer until the cauliflower is ready, about 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat and cook the garlic until soft, about 2 minutes. Take it off the fire.

3. Pass the remaining cauliflower with a blender until the composition is creamy. Add garlic, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, salt and black pepper.
